CSBF Client Portal FAQ

How do I start?

  • Just go to cp.csbf.co.uk and enter your email address and press the "Send Login link to email" button.

Having trouble logging in?

  • Make sure you use the email address that you gave us which we use to contact you. If you still can’t login please contact CSBF for further assistance

I have the link and I’m logged in - what do I do now?

  • If you have more than one loan OR are funding in different capacities (i.e. both personal and via a company), you will see a menu of your accounts – select the one you want to view.
  • If you don’t see this menu, don’t panic, your account has automatically been selected and will display the Statement menu.

What do I do next?

  • You should now see choices of different statements:
    • Some statements display immediately when they are selected
    • Some will give an additional menu of statements you can choose
    • Other statements may require you to choose a date or date range and click a view statement button

I'm out and about - can I email the statement to myself?

  • No problem. Just view the report and click the "Email PDF to me" button

Can I download a statement for future reference?

  • Sure! Just click the Download button. How you then save that is up to you as this depends on the device that you use to access the CSBF portal.
